EU Returns

Need to return something? No problem.

If you’re based in the EU, you can request a return within 30 days of your order being delivered.

If your order arrives in separate parcels, the 30 days starts from the day the final item is delivered.

Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging where possible.

Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

You can also cancel your order any time before it has been fulfilled.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we’ll process your refund in line with our refund policy and applicable consumer law.
